Overview
Our flip top dumpsters, also known as front load dumpsters, feature a hinged front door that flips open for easy loading of waste materials.
These dumpsters are perfect for a variety of settings, including office buildings, retail stores, warehouses, and construction sites.
- Items you May not toss
EPA guidelines prohibit you from dumping:
- Bio-hazardous materials/medical waste
- Paint (although dry paint cans are permissible)
- Batteries or other Auto Parts
- Asbestos
- Appliances or Electronics
- Tires
- Drums, Liquids, or Chemicals
- Equipment containing gas or oil
it's Important to consider...
When the dumpster is dropped off or picked up:
Maintain an unimpeded path of access to the dumpster for our trucks
Remove the tarp that’s been added to protect your dumpster from the elements
When picking a roll-off location:
Avoid areas where pedestrians or cars regularly travel
Maintain a space of at least 100ft. in length for the dumpster to access a roll-off point
Make sure the dumpster roll-off point is level and free of any debris or other obstructions
Before your dumpster is picked up:
Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum tonnage allowed for your dumpster size
Ensure that all material you toss is as evenly distributed as possible
Make sure that no material is protruding from the top or sides of the dumpster
